Online / Distance Students

Resources

The Anderson University Thrift Library offers a variety of online resources for use by students and faculty. From off campus, students and faculty may access our databases and eBook collections.  Currently, we have over 260 databases and over 600,000 eBooks, over 100,000 streaming audio and videos, and hundreds of recommended web pages.

All of our online resources are easily available from the Library's Home Page and may be accessed using your AU Email name and password.

Distance Education

Distance education students and faculty differ from "online users" in that they never have physical access to the library and must depend entirely upon its online resources.- and services too.

Consequently Distance education students and faculty enjoy two special privileges:

  1. The library's physical resources - books and media - can be mailed to distance education students, and articles/book chapters (1 per book) can be scanned and emailed.
  2. Interlibrary Loan ARTICLES only from other libraries can be emailed.
