Note that while both physical CDs and online recordings are labled "AUDIO CD", physical recordings have a call number, while online recordings, say Available Online.

Sound recordings may be either music or non-music (spoken word).
Music recordings on CD have call numbers with begin with MR (for music recording).
MR CD 20 for the CD titles Symphony No. 9 with the London Classical Players and the Schutz Choir of London.
Music recording on cassette tapes begin with CASS.
CASS M1637 .S66 1991 for Songs of the Civil War.
Non-music recordings on CD (spoken word) have call numbers which begin with CDNM (CD Non Music).
CDNM BV 4211.2 .Y68 np0601 for Preaching Creatively.
Non-music recordings on cassette tapes also begin with CASS. You may need to examine the search results record closely to determine if a cassette is music or non-music.
CASS PS3551 .N464 O53 1992 for the book on tape titled On the Pulse of Morning by Maya Angelou.
