How to locate and use Audio Recordings

Welcome to the Thrift Library's Sound Recordings LibGuide where you can learn how to find and access sound recordings located n the library, on its databases, and on the internet.

Note that there are different access methods from on and off campus.

Sound Recordings

Sound Recordings are available in the following formats.

  • Online recordings
  • CDs
  • CD-ROMs
  • Cassettes.

They may also be divided into Music or Non-music (spoken word).

HINT: Although you should be able to find audio recordings in OneSearch, individual databases may provide a better search experience.
