Example 1 - Search OneSearch for Human Trafficking

Search OneSearch for Human Trafficking

  1. Search OneSearch for your topic.
  2. Scroll down the results until you find a good book that is definitely on your topic and click on the title.
  3. Scroll down to the Subject: Topical Heading and examine the blue subject headings. These are official subject headings. If you click on the one that best represents your topic it will change your search from a Key Word Search to a Subject Search, narrow the results and only give you the most relevant titles.
  4. If there are other subject headings listed, you may want to consider searching some of them as well.
