The library’s has one copier / scanner, which handles both b&w and color.
Use this copier to print from the nearby Reference computers using your AU account.
You can also use this copier as a scanner and either email your scans or save them to a USB flash drive (available for checkout at the Front Desk.
There is no coin-op. Copying is billed to your account (managed by Anderson Central)
To login use your full AU email user name and address. Example: jsmith343@andersonuniverisity.edu
The Copier also operates as a Scanner. This can be done by emailing the document to yourself or saving to a USB flash drive. Bring your own or check out one at the Front Desk.
You will need to log in.
NOTE: While the Copier / Scanner will scan to a USB flash drive, it will not read from one. If you have documents on a flash drive that you wish to print, open them on a nearby computer and print from there.
Card stock should always be loaded from the side tray so that it can pass through the machine in a relatively straight path.
Extra heavy card stock will damage the photocopier - and eat your project!
Bristol board is too heavy and too stiff to pass through and can damage the machine.
Never endanger yourself by standing on a chair or placing your weight on the glass.
Paper
Special paper (card stock, colored paper, oversized paper, photo paper, etc.) and transparencies are available for sale at the Front Desk.
