  • Library faculty and staff are courteous and helpful  - 4.80

Online Highest Score

  • Library faculty and staff are courteous and helpful - 4.76

Face to Face Lowest Score

  • Collections within my discipline - 3.94

Online Lowest Score

  • Library Budget for My Area - 3.55


Only one attribute distinction stood out. Online faculty are much more likely to link to library resources within Canvas.

Both groups were unusually homogenous evaluating the library with no individual score differing by more than a half point and overall scores only 0.02 apart.

Action List

Request budget increase for Collections within my discipline and Library budget for my area.

Increase Faculty involvement in Library Instruction and Information Literacy.
